the Zion Baptist Missionary and State Charity Project, Inc., began negotiations for the purchase of the Broadway Baptist Church building at 22nd and Broadway. This building is equipped with the necessary facilities to begin the wide range program, but a total of $10,000 is needed to acquire the building, which the group hopes
to raise by October 30, 1960.
THE PROJECT IS incorporated and has been authorized by the office of the Secretary of State to solicit funds. In the near future, citizens and businessmen will receive letters asking them to make contributions, since this is more than a church program or a community effort. A member of the group will be happy to call on you and explain thoroughly the project in detail. No professional solicitors are being hired for this campaign and contribu-
tions are tax deductible.
Any suggestions or questions about the work may be addressed to the Zion Baptist Missionary and State Charity Project, Inc.,
