Northside Dads Found Guilty of Non-Support Two fathers were found guilty of non-support charges recently, one of them drawing a jail sentence of 90 days. Howard E. Snorden, C14 W 31st, the father of six children, was found guilty by Judge Ernie S. Burke of Municipal Court 3, but his case was taken under advisement. It was reported by Welfare Department officials that Snorden’s family had been drawing $135.50 in aid each month, although he is employed by the Postal Departrrt nt. A 90-DAY jail sentence was moled out in Judge Charles C. Daugherty’s Municipal Court 4 to Charles E. Archey, 1116 W. 31st. It was reported that Archey’s take-home pay was found to be $87.50 per week. Officials said that Archey was living with his wife for two months while she told police and the prosecutor’s office -she didn't know where he was.
