Couple Observe 39th Anniversary Of Marriage Mr. and Mrs. Palmer Clifton, 1152 W. 28th, celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary on Christmas Eve with informal party in their home. The couple and guests were entertained by the singing of Christmas carols by three little children, Melvin Jackson, Erma Tompkins and Yvonne Brison.
