The two clubs gave Mrs. Johnson three friendship bracelets with names engraved and heartfelt sentiments were expressed at losing such a splendid 'incmlier.

Lcckefteld Society ended its popularity contest with a musical program and Mrs. George Chatman was winner with Miss Eva Willis runner up. Program participants included: The Mostmc singers, Mrs. Essie Crumbough. Mrs. Hildii Smith, Mrs. Sarah Porter, and Bar ah Elizabeth Wilson who played a piano selection. Mrs. Roosevelt Squires accompanied the singers. Ten and cookies were served.
