$A.OO PER MONTH PAYS THE RENT

Just think of it! A dollar down and a dollar a month will install an average size gas water heater and pay the rent. You'll have plenty of hot water—at the temperature you like best —always on tap. You will be free from those endless trips up and downstairs to "light the tank." The storage type gas water heater is no trouble at all—a handy "high and low" switch controls the quantity of hot water to meet your needs. Don't deny yourself the luxury of a gas water heater any longer. Rent one today. If you decide to buy it, a maior part of the rant you will have paid can be applied against the purchase price.
