The future outlook for ithe 'family of seven children of Mrs. Clarence Foster, 913 Paca Street, is none too bright, and the leaden-colored clouds seemingly will not Irft any too soon. Clarence Foster, father of the family, was killed recently after an alleged affair with another woman. Foster was none too good a pm-i shoes and clothes of a sort.
The little motlver is yet hopeful
that she may bo able to hold her family together. She is willing i > make any sacrifice that they r ight
live and enjoy life abundantly. Mrs. Foster said in an interview
with an Indianapolis Recorder Reporter, “I do not understand why this condition should be the lot of .lij family. I have always tried to Ho the right thing by everybody. No$ 1 don’t understand yet. We, pointing to her little orood, will
try and start again.”
Wondering-as I left teh door of the sorrow rendered homo, of the truthfulness of the old maxim “The sins of tne fathers shall be visited jupon the children even into the third or fourth generation.”
vider before his death, yet the family was able to have food, if food alone. The little children. who comprehension cannot fathom the ways of men; or do they realize, at their tender age that food must, he bought and paid for? Tiiey only want to eat and play as all kids
do.
The bright spot of the whole sordid affair is the tenderness manifested by the neighbors, of this little horde, who range in age from 5 months to 7 years. The neighbors have all contributed a widow’s mite, that this family might have the chance that any family of such lusty youngsters deserve. All were fare-footed and ragged throughout the winter months—now they have
cipal feature of the event Monday
atternoon at 5:30.
From every indication the attendance will be record breaking in scope. Being as it has always been for years the leading event of the Spring season, the Persian Temple Easter event is expr cti d to draw bigger than ever this year. A band concert proceeding the show will be featured especially for fin- purpose of entertaining the large attendance of patrons. From all parts of the State requests for reservations have - been received by the busy management of the com-
ing show and dance.
To get a proper bii dsey 1 view of the big hit the show is destined to make with tin: crowd read the lollowing last description given the production in an interview by Noble Walter Green, Chairman of the Persian Temple Easter program. “Happy Fee(,” Persian Temple's musical presentation, spent tneir last week of rehearsals in knocking off the rough edges and ironing out all possible technicalities. erything is all set for the curtain
