Halliard's withdrawal from the Washington management, for. "Maja” as we all knew him, always had a smile and kind word of greeting for his palrons. 1 wish Mr. Halliard success in whatever line of business he assumes. I was certainly pleased to see that Reginald DuValle has reinaugurated the stage presentation of the Black Birds and that Mary Singleton has at last come into her own.
