has been sold by the heirs of pleasant H. Griffith to J. D. Hobson, who plan * to remodel the two-story brick building on the site into a sales room and service station for the Service Track Sales Company. Mr. Hobson paid $18,000 for the property and plans to invest about $12,000 in Improvements The property has a frontage of sixty feet in Senate avenue and a depth of 6T»4 feet in Peari street. The deal was negotiated by Scott Brewer, of the real estate department of the Washington Bank and Trust Company
