Small Fire Loss.
Firemen were called early today to the Exhibitors' Lobby Supply Company * headquarters. on the second floor of a brick building .xt 122 West New York street, to extinguish a fire that started among some bundle# of lithograph# on one of the office shelves. R. D. Lett, manager of the firm, said he waa unable to determine the origin of the fire. The loss was small. Bids Regarded Too High. Members of the board of county commissioner# are considering a plan of having voting booths and other voting equipment hauled to the polling places for the primaries by county employes. White Ante Causing Trouble. Termites or white ante, have appeared in considerable numbers in south Indianapolis homes, Frank N. Wallace, entomologist for the state conservation commission, has heard. He said they are found only in damp places and may be eradicated by driving out their haunts. Reunion of Alumni.
