to take Mr. Taylor's place, and W. H. Polk will become assistant cashier. Mr. SpleRel and Mr. Polk have been with the bank since its organisation. Mr. Taylor has oeen identified with the bankina business of Indianapolis since IS87. In that year he entered the employ of the Meridian National Bank which later merged into the Merchant's National Bank. He later was identified with the old Fletcher bank.
