Members of the board of county commissioners probably breathed a si«h of relief today when Charlos M. Mueller, justice of the peace in Center township, announced that he does not intend to girt up his office, following the expiration at his fourysar elective term last Saturday. The commissioner* said Mueller's, decision would elimiaate a delicate situation, in which the board members feit they were under obligations to appoint two men to the office. W. E.
