RULES
1. The contest for all three prizes is open to all white persons over the age of 18 years. 2. Each contestant will be permitted to make only one suggestion as a name for the circular park and wading pool in the heart of Rainbow Ridge— bur beautiful addition of home sites. This addition lies near the end of the West Tenth street car line on the paved Speedway Avenue and its juncture with Tibbs Avenue. 3. All contestants must be present at the opening of Rainbow Ridge Sept. 7th. Failing to be present, the writer of a winning name will be taken from the lists and the prize awarded to the writer of the next chosen name. 4. All names must be in our Office by Thursday, Sept. ith. The contest positively closes on that day. (NOTE—No favorites will be played. No one connected with our office will be permitted to enter the contest. The judges are ail free from prejudice and bound to decide in the interests of all.) It costs nothing to enter this contest of skill. No fairer judges could be found than the Indianapolis Park Board. Remember: No contestant will be required to buy even one of our least expensive or most desirable lots, or obligate himself in any wa>.
