This magnificent addition is located on the northwest corner of Washington street and Lynhurst drive, west of White river, and a few squares north of the popular and wellknown Drexel Gardens addition. It fronts on Washington street for almost half a mile, and is in the direct line of the rapid growth west of White river and midway between the city limits and Ben Davis, a thriving suburb in a builtup community, with school, church and stores. It lies between the Ben Davis and Danville electric lines and is only from six to eight minutes’ walk from either one.
