Those cows are kept in sanitary dairies. They are regularly inspected. The cows are milked close to our Condenseries. The fresh, warm milk is then placed in a vacuum. There, by low heat, more than half the water is evaporated. The milk is then a double-rich milk, as thick as thick cream. It is twice as rich as bottled milk, both in butter fat and solids.
