Forest Fire# In Michigan Stop Lake Traffic Through So©. SAULT STE. MARIE. Mich.. August U.—With only limited wire communication with other points and with tnterlake navigation practically suspended, business has been virtually brought to a standstill here because of the forest fire situation In the eastern part of the upper peninsula of Michigan. Telegraph and telephone wires were cut by the fires near Soo Junction Sunday night, but service was partly restored late yesterday. None of the vtlreported menaced Monday is in Langer.
