Advertising and Legal Questions Discussed by Speakers. The second annual meeting and picnic of the Indiana Chiropractors' Association was held at Riverside park yesterday. About 100 members of the association attended, and a number of out of the state practitioners were guests. A basket dinner was served at noon, and this was followed by a meeting on the river bank. Several addresses were delivered. Robert Jenne discussed the advertising work of the profession, and Edward Fitxpatrick dealt with the legal standing of the chiropractors. The program was arranged by a committee composed of L. E. Fuller, C. W. Sharp, Frank J. Wright. J. Ray Weaver and C. J. Van Tilburg.
