i People Lose Their Ivee at Saffee, Morocco. TANGIER, Morocco, December 3a—A waterspout bus bunt over the town of Seffe*. Morocco. It tnun<lated the lower pert of the town for the space of twelve hour*, sweeping everythin* into the sea. Two hundred persons are reported to have been drowned. There are no Europeans among the dead. The damage to Sallee Is enormous. I Saffee is a fortified seaport town of Morocco. It has a population of twelve thousand. Including about three thousand Jew*. K Is Inclosed by massive walls and hat a palace and a small fort. Jim Younger Laid Up. 8T. PAUL, December SO—Jim Younger, who has been employed at a local store for some months. Is again confined to his house with hip trouble. He has a bullet In his spine, a relic of the Northfleld robbery. which caused him much trouble while he was in prison, and was aggravated by an accident lost summer. Younger’s friends hope to be able to persuade the Board of Pardons to allow Younger to go Into business for himself, believing It would be easier than his present clerical position.
