These names can not now be made public, as thus fsr we have received the acceptance of only seven of the number. "We selected one man of such nattonat reputation that he may be conetdered as a representative at large; threemen from the Beat two from the South, three from the Central West, one from the Northwest snd one from the Paciflo coast. The persons chosen are men of affairs and will give their services at a serious personal sacrifice. They are of the highest character and abttlty. An effort will be made to bring them together by the middle of September for organisation. In the meantime the executive committee will go forward In Its work of making known to the country, the entire people, our e&rneet desire to secure the co-operation of all who are willing to make suggestions along the
