The wrangle in the control of the Insane Asylum bas taken a fresh start, and armed with information which seems to have been furniabed by Trustee Gspen or Dr. Howard, the latter being the gentleman unceremoniously dismissed by the Superintendent at the dictnm of Trustees Harrison and Burrell, the Attorney General has brought suit against the Superintendent to recover (500, value ot maintenance ot Wilda Price, a I member of Dr. Galbraith’s family, who has made her home in the institution since it has been under his control. The suit is entitled the State ex rei. Thomas II. Harrison, Philip M. Gapen and Bartholomew Burrell, trustees Indiana Hospital for the Insane, vs. Thomas S. Galbraith, and it i* based on the •tatute which provides that no member of the family of tha Superintendent, or of any •nbordinate officer, not employed in the hoepital, except the wife and children of such officers, shall be kept or maintained at the inatitution, nuless the State is paid for their maintesanoe. Coupled with this suit are intimations that there are still other abuse* which need ventilation, and now that tb* trustees seem to have looked horna with one another, there is hope that the State will be benefited by their exposure and correction.
