General James M. Shackelford appeared before Judge Farrell, at Evansville, yesterday morning, and secured an offier of court grantiiu permission to hav* the grave of Robert Barnes opened and examined to tee if the will which has been missing for seventeen yean was on the body, as claimed by tbe Spiritualists. The outer box inclosing the metallic coffin bad rotted away and the contento were a mam of putrescence, but no will or other papers were found.
