Drama Club To Present Play On Nov. 15 & 16

“All My Sons,” a drama by one of America’s premiere playwrights is the first production of the school year by the JG Drama Club. school auditorium. Admission price is $3.00 at the door. “All My Sons” is a modern tragedy which deals with events surrounding the Keller family shortly after World War 11. Joe Keller was accused and subsequently acquitted, of shipping defective airplane parts during the war, resulting in the death of 21 pilots. While Keller is let go, his partner is imprisoned. These events are complicated by the romantic relationship between Keller’s son Chris and Ann Deever, the daughter of Joe’s imprisoned partner. The assumed death of the other Keller son, Larry, during the war and the denial of this event by the mother, Kate, is also a focus. The buildup and climax of the play are a fitting conclusion to the intensity of the production.
