Mr. and Mrs. Harry W. Malstaff, of Walkerton, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, on Sunday, with a dinner-dance at St. Patrick School Hall, in Walkerton. Malstaff, a native of Walkerton and the former Marthe (Marty) Haden, of Laguna Beach, CA were married on August 13, 1946, in California and have lived at their present location the past 50-years. She is presently Indiana State Director for WAVES National, a member of Michiana Tidal Waves Unit 63, is adjutant for Orville Easterday Post 189 American Legion, president of the Better Homes and also Johnson Twp. Extension Homemakers Clubs, a member of the Walkerton Business and Professional Woman’s Club and Orville Easterday Unit 189 American Legion Auxiliary.
