ROLL CALL The following Town Council members were present: Randy Hoover, Walter Heil, Gregory Williams, Gordon Hartsell and Gene Reese. Kathryn T. Chief Sobieralski asked that the Council look at the weed control ordinance because he felt that the ordinance needed some revising. The clerktreasurer also asked the attorney to look into a violations bureau ordinance for the town. The attorney will be following up on both of those items of business. Sobieralski reported on the placement of poles and signs designating the proper flow of traffic at the local License Branch. He said that Jeff Zehner had done a good job with the project and that it appeared to be working well. FIRE DEPT. A fire department report was submitted to the Council for their approval. OLD BUSINESS The attorney was asked about the whereabouts of the Code of Ordinance Books. Fred Jones reported that he had addressed that problem with the former attorney, Mr. Holmes.
