HANSEL HEAD START REGISTERING FOUR YEAR OLDS The Hansel Head Start Program is currently registering eligible four-year-old children for the 1996-97 school year. Head Start is a comprehensive pre-school program available to limited income children and families in the St. Joseph County area. Requirements for enrolling four-year-old children are to meet the income requirements and they must be age four on or before June Ist of 1996. (Others who turn four over the summer may apply, however, you may be placed on the waiting list as space becomes available.)
