A unique display of all types of egg decorations will be held on Wednesday, May 15, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Walkerton, beginning at 2:00 p.m., in the dining room. The egg lady, Emma Fritz, will be on hand. Emma estimates that she has created around 6,000 beautiful eggs since she started her hobby in 1977. She uses any eggs that are available except for wild bird eggs because they are protected by law. Some of the eggs are filigreed, others beaded and still others

made from rhinestones. Many of the interior of her eggs have scenes that are hand made, have movable and lighted parts as well as music boxes to correspond with the theme of the egg. Even Christmas trees decorated with lights and rhinestone ornaments are included in this unique display. The list of subjects could go on and on. This beautiful display and show is truly hard to describe and visualize . . . stop by and see for yourself. Emma will be showing 100 to 120 eggs. She has been featured on national TV and her eggs have been used on a Christmas commercial on television. Please plan on enjoying this special afternoon with us here at Miller’s.
