Notre Dame Ave., South Bend. Participants will learn basic guidelines for aerobic walking, such as correct posture and arm swing techniques. Aerobic walking is more than just “fast walking.’’ Learning the proper techniques to achieve the most benefit from aerobic walking will be discussed. Walking shoes and comfortable clothes are recommended for this program, since participants will have an opportunity to practice during the session. Weather permitting, the session will be held outside. The last Wellness Journey lecture is scheduled for Thursday, May 16, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Massage therapy and its benefits as a stress reducer will be addressed.
