All members of the association who live in the 219 area code portion of the state, as well as any persons who own harness horses and would like more information about the group, are invited to attend. One of the least nut itious salads you can mak'-’ Joan Younce, Extension Educator from Purdue Cooperative Extension Service, Kosciusko County, will present “The Smart Salad,’’ on Wed., April 10, at 1 p.m. Ms. Younce will be speaking at the Esther Singer Building at the St. Joseph County 4-H Fairgrounds (Ironwood Rd. entrance) and will show how to create a salad that is healthful and tasteful and one that provides important nutrients for good health.
