Any schools, staff, students/families, government agencies, or non-profit organizations in the area can gain access to the Internet, including E-Mail,

File Transfer Protocol, Gopher, Telnet and the World Wide Web, for a total of 30 hours per month for a fee of SB4 a year, plus a S3O one-time fee for setup. Non-school or governmental affiliated individuals or organizations can subscribe for a yearly fee of $132, plus the S3O setup fee. Business rates will be negotiated by the Service Center.
