IMMUNIZATION CLINICS SET FOR JANUARY The Saint Joseph County Health Department will be conducting Immunization Clinics in the first weeks of January. All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and all previous shot records are needed for immunizations. The immunization clinic in Walkerton will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 1000 Georgia Street. The clinic in the Lakeville area will be held on Thursday, Jan. 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Old Lakeville School Project, U.S. 31, Lakeville. In North Liberty the clinic will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 9, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the North Liberty Community Center, 300 S. Main Street. SO FAMILIES HELPED BY PANTRY The year of 1995 has

been another successful year for the Christian Community Pantry. Approximately 80 families have been helped each month throughout the year. During the holidays approximately 100 families received help from the pantry with not only food but with monitary gifts and the pantry was able to include meat to make these holidays more special. FALCONS LOSE TO PLYMOUTH IN CLASSIC The John Glenn Falcons were defeated in their opening game of the Ist Source Bank Holiday Classic, played on the home courts of the Plymouth Pilgrims, on Tuesday, Dec. 19. The Pilgrims came out on top by a score of 78-70. The Pilgrims came out smoking, scoring 10 of 13 from the field, to take a 19point lead, with only 1:07 left in the first quarter. The Falcons were not ready to just fly away, they did a slow, but patient run on the Pilgrims to come within seven in the fourth with 7:41 showing on the clock. Top scorer for the Plymouth team was Matt Cramer with 18 points followed by Dave Chamberlin with 16, Adam Reese
