1995-16, an Ordinance Adopting the Walkerton Town Code, in short form, seconded by Jaske, carried. Jaske made the motion to accept the first reading, seconded by Hartsell, carried. Public Hearing for the Town Code will be at the next meeting. Hartsell asked why the monthly reports are no longer printed in the paper.

Attorney Holmes said that copies of the reports are available to the reporters and it is up to them if they want to publish them. Hartsell also wanted to know why the Christmas wreaths don’t have lights on them this year. It was too late last year to do install outlets on the poles, but Hartsell thought that it was supposed to be done this year. He is going to check
