was recognized for helping homeless individuals through its participation in the Homelessness to Home Ownership program with the Center for the Homeless in South Bend. The award focused on TCU’s involvement with credit counseling and assistance in moving homeless individuals toward home ownership. After successfully completing the Center's employment training programs, some of the Center’s quests have the oportunity to move into supportive housing by leasing homes owned by TCU while continuing to participate in Center programs. After completing a transition phase, these individuals then have the opportunity to purchase a home
