LEGAt NOTICES

NOTICE The Town of Walkerton has tentatively set September 11th as the start of the 90 day connection period to the new sewer line. The areas affected include residents located on Walkerton Trail, Willow Dr4sive, Glenn View Estates, the southern part of Georgia Street and the State Road 23 area south of Miller’s Merry Manor. Construction and testing of the new sewer is expected to be completed by September Bth. The Town Council plans to confirm the start date during the September 6th meeting. The homeowner will have 90 days to connect to the new sewer to avoid paying a $500.00 tap fee. Residents that fail to connect to the sewer within the 90 day period will still be charged a monthly sewer bill. The Town will require that homeowners purchase a Sewer Installation Permit, from the ClerkTreasurers office, before connecting to the sewer. 3ts7 Happy Ads Only $2.50 Bystanders are those who can do the job better.
