NOTICE The Town of Walkerton has tentatively set September 11th as the start of the 90 day connection perioddd to the new sewer line. The areas affected include residents located on Walkerton Trail, Willow Drive, Glen View Estates, the southern part of Georgia Street and the State Road 23 area south of Miller’s Merry Manor. Construction and testing of the new sewer is expected to be completed by September Bth. The Town Council plans to confirm the start date during the September 6th meeting. The homeowner will have 90 days to connect to the new sewer to avoid paying a $500.00 tap fee. Residents that fail to connect to the sewer within the 90 day pariod will still be charged a monthly sewer bill. The Town will require that homeowners purchase a Sewer Installation Permit, from the ClerkTreasurers office, before connecting to the sewer. 3ts7 NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the Town of North Liberty, St. Joseph County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of the Town of North Liberty, at their regular meeting place at 118 N.
