R.E.A.L. SERVICES NEWS WALKERTON Monday Harold and Hazel were in charge of the books and program. Hazel told us some short stories and jokes. I saw a cop pull a guy over and said, “You didn’t come to a complete stop and you ran thru the stop sign.’’ The guy said, "What’s the difference, I slowed down, nothing was coming so I went on.”. The cop pulled out his "billy club" and beat the guy over the head. Then he said, "Now, do you want me to slow down or stop?” Hot pursuit: “Hurry, hurry! Our house is on fire,” she shouted into the telephone after calling the fire department. "How do we get there?” the fire department asked. “Don’t you still have those nice red trucks?” Tuesday everyone just sat around and talked. Morris Seardoes everything where he is needed. We want to thank you Morris. We want to thank you Morris. Wednesday we had a surprise party for Betty Clapper that has been our REAL Services director for five years.
