It was recently donated to the Library by the Walkerton American Legion, the Walkerton American Legion Auxiliary and the Walkerton Sons of the American Legion. This step-by-step series helps adult non-readers learn to read in the privacy of their own homes and at their own pace. The Library has the series ready for check out. The videos will check out for one month and may be renewed if needed. The Library would also like to apologize for mistakenly reporting in the April 6th Independent-News edition that the videos were donated by the Walkerton American Legion. They were given by not only the W’alkerton American Legion, but also the Walkerton American Legion Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion. We are sorry for any confusion.
