NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED WATER WORKS RATES Property owners and other interested parties of the Town of North Liberty are hereby notified that on April 6, 1995, proposed Ordinance 1995-02 increasing existing rates and charges for services to be rendered by the Waterworks Utility was introduced. At a meeting of the Town Council to be held at 7:00 p.m. (EST) on May 3, 1995, at the North Liberty Town Hall, 118 North Main Street, North Liberty, Indiana, there will be a public hearing on the matter of the rates and charges, in consideration of adoption of said Ordinance No. 1995-02, which provides, in part, as follows: Section 1. That Title 5, Article 2. Cahper lof the North Liberty Town Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 1: RATES AND CHARGES Section 1. (g) Connection and/or Tap Charges A tap charge shall be collected from each customer, prior to connection to the water system, in an amount sufficient to reimburse the Town for the labor, material and overhead necessary for
