JOE IN SEASON FINALE Glenn' s Lady Falcons suffered a disappointing 38-35 loss at South Bend St. Joe in a girls non-con-ference basketball fray Thursday night. The Falcons closed the regular season portion of their schedule with an 8-9 mark while St. Joe will enter tournament play with a 9-9 slate. Coach Scott Hostetler’s team came out flat in the first quarter falling behin 8-2 early before rallying to close to 19-8 at the end of the initial period. Glenn outscored its hosts 10-8 in a tightly contested second frame to go to the dressing room at halftime deadlocked at 18 all. They A captured the JV’s first Bi-CoA Tournament championship. In A coach Dan Hutton’s junior vatA quintets have won 20 of their B 22 starts.
