NOTICE OF EXECUTION AND APPROVAL OF LEASE BY THE JOHN GLENN SCHOOL CORPORATION Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) has executed a lease dated as of December 1, 1994 (the "Lease”), with the John Glenn School Corporation School Building Corporation (the "Building Corporation”) providing for the lease by the School Corporation from the Building Corporation of certain land and improvements described in the Lease (the "Project”), all in accordance with Indiana Code 21-5-11. As part of the Project, the School Corporation will apply funds it receives from the Building Corporation relating to the sale of Urey Middle School to the Building Corporation to pay for a portion of the cost of improvements at John Glenn High School. The improvements at John Glenn High School will consist of outdoor physical education facilities. After a public hearing (which hearing was preceded by publication of notice of such hearing) held on the proposed Lease by the School Corporation on January 16, 1995, at which all interested parties were provided the opportunity to be heard, the Board adopted a resolution which, among other things, authorized and directed the President of the Board to execute and deliver the Lease on behalf of the School Corporation and authorized and directed the Secretary of the Board to attest the Lease and further found that the rental payments to ber paid by the School Corporation pursuant to the Lease are fair and reasonable. Fifty (50) or more taxpayers residing within the corporate boundaries of the School Corporation who will be affected by the Lease and who may be of the opinion that no necessity exists for the execution of the Lease or that the proposed lease rental provided for in the Lease is not a fair and reasonable rental may file a petition within the time and in the manner provided by law. The Lease is open to public inspection at the administration office of the School Corporation, which is located at 506 Roosevelt Road, Walkerton, Indiana. Dated this 26th day of January, 1995.
