On Tuesday we just sat around and talked with one another. Elinore Leming gave the prayer. On Wednesday Jessie Schaeffer had the program with some short stories and jokes. #1 To Celebrate our wedding anniversary, my wife and I always give each other a small present. However on our tenth anniversary I surprised her with a pair of diamond earrings. standing at the supermarker check out counters holding their breath. On Thursday Helen Verkier told a cute story and then Betty Clapper talked about her meeting with REAL Service in South Bend. Friday we had our regular sing-a-long with Verice Walz at the piano and Virginia Anhold leading us in singing. Glad to see Verice home safely. Elinore Leming gave prayer. Florence Seekings will be here on January 19 to sing. On February 21 we will have a person here to help with our tax papers at no cost. This will be for senior citizens only from 10:30 to 12:30.
