The 72-43 final score was brought about by complete dominance of the Falcons in the second half after a close first 16 minutes. The victory raised the Falcons record to 2-4 for the season. Neiswender had a career night in this, just his sixth high school game. He hit a total of nine out of 11 field goals in the game, including two of two from three-point range. The second half was all John Glenn. They outscored their opponents 38-15 and dominated play on both sides of the ball. It was 54-37 after three, on the way to the 72-43 final score. In addition to Neiswender's 23, Medich finished the night with 20 points and Wiegand hit double digits with 10. The Falcons as a team, shot a very good 28 out of 52 while their opponents could only muster 16 baskets in 53 attempts.
