NINE GIRLS SEEK WALKERTON AREA JR. MISS TITLE

The Epsilon Chi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Kappa would like to introduce the following Junior Miss candidates for the 1994 Walkerton Area Junior Miss Program. jOT ''NBL * St L<» JENNIFER SUE DITTMAR Jennifer Sue Dittmar is our first candidate. She is the daughter of William and Sue Dittmar. A senior at John Glenn High School, Jennifer has been involved in Spanish Club, 4-H, Cheerleading, Gass Treasurer, Board Member Pom Poms—captain, Homecoming Representative. She enjoys riding and showing her horses. Jennifer plans to attend 1.U.5.8. and majoring in Secondary Teaching. For her creative and performing arts presentation, she plans to do a country dance. BL MELISSA IRENE HENDRICKS Our second candidate is Melissa Irene Hendricks. Melissa is the daughter of Gary and Sherry Hendricks. She attends La Ville High School with future plans to attend Manchester College studying Elementary Education. Melissa’s honors, clubs and activities include Band, German Gub, Student Conservation Corp., Gub Spirit, Madrigals, Choir, 4-H, Dare Presentation at Elementary, Cheerleading and Soccer. Her hobbies are crosstich and ceramics. For her creative and performing arts presentations she plans to sing. SUSAN PAULINE WISE Susan Pauline Wise is our third candidate. She is the daughter of Rober and Barbara Wise. Susan is a senior at LaViUe High School where she is and has been involved in Spanish Gub, F.H.L., F.C.A., 4-H and Flags. Her hoppies are

swimming, sewing and embroidery. Susan plans on attending Manchester College with a career in Fashion Copywriter. Her creative and performing art will be a flag routine. ■j AMELIA KATHLEEN CHRISTENSEN Amelia Kathleen Christensen, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Cari and Mary Ann Christiansen, a senior at John Glenn and is Junior Miss Candidate number 4. Aimee’s honors, clubs and activities include Marching and Concert Band, Drama Gub, Pom-Poms, Art Gub, National Honor Society, 4-H, Student Council —vice president, and was selected to participate in a Science work program at Notre Dame. He hobbies, sports and talents are track, acting, sewing, playing the piano, running reading and dancing. Aimee’s after graduation plans are to attend Notre Dame with a career as a Pediatrician. For her creative and performing art she plans to do a dramatic monologue. KELLY ANN KIME Kelly Ann Kime is the daughter of Goid and Diane Kime. Kelly is a senior at John Glenn. She enjoys riding her horses and spending time with her family. She plans to attend IUSB and study Business Administration. Candidate number 5, Kelly Kime will sing for her creative and performing arts presentation. DIANA MICHELE NORRIS Candidate number 6 in Diana Michelle Norris, daughter of Steve and Sandy Norris. A senior at

John Glenn, Diana’s honors, clubs and activities include Art Gub, S.A.D.D., Cheerleading, Newspaper Staff, Aerial Staff, Student Council, Sophomore Board, Junior Gass vice president. Her hobbies are reading, collecting shells, drawing and dancing. Diana plans to attend 1.U.5.8. with a career as a Social Worker. For her creative and performing arts presentation will be a dance to “Get Ready For This”. jl KRISTA LEIGH EASTBURN Candidate number 7 is Krista Leigh Eastburn, daughter of Vaugn and Barbara Eastburn, North Liberty. As a senior at John Glenn High School, Krista is involved in S.A.D.D. National Society, Art Gub, Spell bowl, French Gub, Student Council. Her hobbies, sports and talent are tennis, softball, reading and singing. Her plans are to attend Notre Dame with a career in Psychology/Law. Krista’s creative and performing arts presentation will be a singing vocal. MARY PAT KINDT Mary Pat Kindt is the daughter of David and Nancy Kindt. Mary Pat attends LaVille High School and is Junior Miss candidate number 8. Her clubs, honors and activities include 4-H, Hoby Ambassador, Teacher Aide, Student Librarian, Spellbowl, National Honor Society, Quiz Bowl, S.C.C., French Gub, F.H.L., F.C.A., Lector at Church, F.A.D., and Giris State delegate. Her hobbies, sports and talents are Cross Country —captain, track, sewing, raising rabbits. Mary Pat’s career ambition is to Newsanchor woman and plans to attend St. Mary’s College. KELLY DELORIS MELTON Candidate number 9, Kelly Deloris Melton, is the daughter of David and Sharon Melton. Kelly is a senior at LaVille High School. Her honors, dub and activities include Student Conservation Corps., Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Office Aide, Franch Gub, Art Gub, and Spirit Gub. Kelly’s hobbies, sports and talents include tennis, horseback riding, swimming, aerobics, poetry, and watching old romantic movies. Her plans are to attend Indiana University with a career ambition in Special Education. For her creative arts persentation, Kelly will be singing.
