would be considered. One would be to sell the property, another option, trade 20 acres for her 20 acres. She stated there is a possibility that this land could be developed into 37 lots and still have wetlands left to be added to the school property that can be used for a park. That would be another consideration. The land value is approximately $80,000.00. Ruth stressed lack of communication concerning parties involved. Cheryl thanked Ruth for coming in and speaking with everyone and apologized for any misunderstandings. Ruth stated that she is still willing to cooperate and work something else out. Youth Building — Revised rates for the Youth and Community Building were passed out to Council members by Jay Potts. It was stressed by Cheryl that the Youth Building is a non-profit nutritional site for the senior citizens. The senior citizens are the very ones who built this building years ago. Cheryl stated this is an important part of the health and well being of our community and we need to take a strong stand on it. The Council would like to see more lienency with the fees with the REAL Services. Jay Potts said he appreciated the concern but the buildings and upkeep are an expense more than a profit. Cheryl stated that in 1995 new windows are to be
installedd in the Youth Building out of the cumulative fund. Gene Reese made a motion to table this until the next meeting until we do some investigating as to their plans and funding available and then come back and make a decision concerning the rates for the REAL Services. Len Jaske seconded the motion to table this decision for another month. Carried. Ginny DeSimone spoke on her own behalf stressing the importance of REAL Services to the people who live in her apartments and also thanked Cheryl for stressing the importance of the REAL Services to our community as a whole. Citizens Input — There was none. OLD BUSINESS: Sewer Project — Jeff Zehner and Ken Jones have discussed the project and recommend finding the lowest bidder to be Delta 111 Construction. They had five satisfactory references. Their bid was $474,167.90. There was discussion as to when would be the best time to start the project. Tod Samuelson gave an updated financial report on the sewer projects. The figures on this report reflect the average unit prices farm the south project bids. The total is one million twenty-five taking in engineering, administrative, construction and contingency costs, the fund of the project, the Farmers Home grant is remaining at $250,000, the Pioneer contributions of $15,000.00 and the bonding at $860,000.00 for both projects. There was considerable discussion and a motion by Gene Reese to table awarding of the south sewer project until the next Council meeting. Street Project — JefF s recommendation to the Council was to table the awarding of the street paving bid at the present time and bring it up for discussion at the

Starting with number one and working down the list until the work is done or the money runs out, whichever comes first. Sidewalks — Our sidewalk contractor is in Town this week and is starting work. Jeff has informed him of the September deadline and he said he had no problem with that. NEW BUSINESS: Ambulance bill writeoffs. Kim has prepared a list in the amount of $2,442.50. These consist of patients deceased, bankruptcys, community ambulance billing, etc. Len made a motion to table this until we receive legal advice from attorney Holmes. Gene seconded. Carried. Rossborough Project — Dave Hostetler and Tom Walters, Dave stated that Rossborough needs a signed contract for the utilities with the Town of Walkerton. Cheryl advised him to see attorney Holmes concerning this. Dave said that
