ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Town Os North liberty, Indiana Lafayette Street Water Main Extension And Sanitary Sewer Reconnections Sealed bids for the construction of the subject project will be received by the Town Council of the Town Os North Liberty, St. Joseph Countv. Indiana, until opening thereof has begun at its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, June 8, 1994, at the Town Hall, 118 North Main Street, North Liberty, Indiana, at which place and time said bids will be read aloud. The Project generally consists of (1) installing new sanitary building services in the public right-of-way and connecting them to an existing sanitary sewer, (2) abandoning an existing sanitary sewer in Lafayette Street, (3) constructing a new’ eight (8) inch water main and appurtenances, (4) installing new water services and connecting them to existing water services, and (5) abandoning existing water service pipe. The Project generally consists of constructing (1) approximately 1,300 feet of eight (8) inch water main with appurtenances, (2) residential water services, and (3) approximately 35 feet of eight (8) inch sanitary sewer all within the right-of-way of State Road 4. Bidding Documents including Drawings and Specifications maybe obtained only by bona fide contractors and material suppliers at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of North Liberty, 118 North Main Street, P.O. Box 515, North Liberty, Indiana 46554 for a non-refundable fee of $25.00. Bidding Documents requested to be mailed by USPS Two Day Priority Mail shall be paid in advance with an additional non-re-fundable fee of SIO.OO.
