Kidders To Observe 40th Anniversary Ml w y Mr. and Mrs. John Kidder, of 32282 Pierce Road, will be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary with an Open House at the North Liberty Community Center on Sunday, May 1. Mr. Kidder and Norma Ruff were married on May 1. 1954. in the Little Colonial Seventh-day Adventist Church, South Bend. They have two daughters and two granddaughters. Mr. Kidder is employed by Belle Way Trucking of South Bend. Mrs. Kidder retired as a secretary at Wells Aluminum Corporation's Corporate Office in 1993 after 32 years of service, and is presently employed by Norrell Services. Inc. The couple has lived near North Liberty for the past thirty-eight years. St. Patrick Mother-Daughter Banquet May 5 Mothers and daughters of St. Patrick Parish and School will meet for their annual Mother-Daughter Banquet. Thursday, May 5, 1994, at 6:30 p.m. The carry-in dinner will be held in the school hall. This event continues St. Pat's tradition of recognizing the special bond between mothers and their daughters. It provides an opportunity for them to come together for a special evening away together. All St. Patrick Parish and School Mothers are invited to come with their special daughters . . . and granddaughters. LIBRARY TO CLOSE FOR INSERVICE DAY The Walketon-Lincoln Public Library will be closed Wednesday, May 11th for in-service training. It will reopen Thursday for its regular hours.
