It was pointed out that the expenses for the adult recreational program exceeded the receipts. b. 1994 Summer Maintenance and Improvement Projects The superintendent reviewed with the School Board projects that had been budgeted in the 1994 Capital Projects Fund that are scheduled for work this summer. Projects that are being considered by the Board for this summer are: John Glenn High School — Repair of football bleachers, replacement of air duct ceiling tile and lights, upgrading of sound and lighting in the auditorium, and removal of underground oil tank. At Walkererton Elementary, consider adding additional storage area to the school of approximately 19 by 48 feet in size, sealing the brick, replacing carpet and ceiling work in the cafeteria. At North Liberty Elementary School, development of a classroom within the industrial arts area for art, dividing off the cafeteria to create a separate area at the north end for the after school program, replacement of lock sets in doorways, sealing the brick, possible replacement of the main entrance and removal of underground oil tank. At Urey Middle School, reroofing of the flat roof area over the boiler rooms. These projects will be further investigated and brought back to the School Board for final approval. The School Board was advised that the new van has been received and a new trailer will be purchased to transport the band equipment. well, especially baseball, led all scorers with 22 points in this game. He had seven baskets, including two treys, and six of eight from the line. No other Eagle reached double figures. For Glenn, Gardner, who will reach the 1,000 point mark himself this Friday night against Jimtown unless they lock him in the locker room, finished with 17, 12 of them coming in the second half. This total included two treys. But when you talk three-pointers, you must mention Groves. His 20 points was high for the Falcons, including five more three-point goals, giving the senior guard 13 in the three games for a new Bi-County record. His running of coach Mosson's teams for the last four seasons has been a key factor in the tremendous success they have had. Two Games This Weekend The two NSC games this weekend will be a home game with Jimtown on Friday night and an away game with Bremen on Saturday. Both night's action is set to start at 6:30 with the flaction.
