NOTICE TO BIDDERS John Glenn School Corporation will receive sealed bids for the Reroof of a Portion of Walkerton Elementary School, 506 Washington Street, Walkerton, Indiana 46574, Ceiling Tile Removal and Replacement and Light Fixtures Removal and Replacement, and Mechanical System Modifications, John Glenn High School, John Glenn Drive, Walkerton, Indiana 46574, and Mechanical System Modifications at North Liberty Elementary School, 400 School Drive, North Liberty, Indiana 46554, in accordance with and as described in the Drawings and Specifications as prepared by Fanning/Howey Associates, Inc. Alternative bids are requested for certain items under the above Base Bid. Bidders shall enclose with each bid Indiana General Form No. 96 (Revised 1987). Successful bidders shall conform with “Schedule of Prevailing Wages” included in the Supplementary Conditions. A bid security in the form of ALA Document A3lO, a certified check, Indiana General Revised Form No. 86, “Contractors Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction,” or a form from an acceptable surety shall accompany each bid. The bid security shall be in the penal amount of 10 percent of the total bid. Bid security shall be forfeited if bid is withdrawn after closing time on date for receiving bids.
