Scoring for the Falcons were Dale Groves with two touchdowns and Gerrad Frashetti with a two point conversion pass from Ed Pontius. Pontius threw for 175 yards while Groves ran for 105 yards. Also playing well for the Falcon offense was the whole offensive line consisting of John Cisney, Andy Brinkhoff, Danny Payne, Joe Adkins and Nick Beck ham. Catching passes were Ger rad Frashetti, Jason Potts and Scott Hall. The crushing Falcon defense that shutout a tough Bremen team was led by two fumble recoveries bs Groves and an interception by Hall. Also playing well was Jake McPhail, D. J. Kobold, Keanon Giese, Aaron DeGroff, Adam Stonestreet, Chad Miller. Also putting on tre mendous hits were Jeremy Lawton, Corey Filson and Scott Hall. Also best wishes to Hall for the dedication he has shown to the Falcon football program. Good luck Scott from the coaching staff for the rest of the year. BTH GRADE VOLLEYBALL TEAM SPLITS TWO GAMES The Urey Bth grade girls volleyball team hosted LaPorte Kesling on September 17 and the visitors came back after Urey won the first game to win by scores of 11-15, 15-6 and 15-11. The outstanding server fvor Urey was Lindsas O’Connor serving six straight in game one and scoring five points in the match. Also serving well was Yvonne Schmeltz with six points for the night. The team played well. Amanda Grenert and Angel Dietrick set. Attackers doing well were Rebecca Hill and Yvonne Schmeltz. The loss dropped the Urey record to 0-3 for the year. On Monday night the Urey Bth grade girls won their first game of the season topping visiting Argos by scores of 16-14 and 15-11 in a good match. Top servers wen Jina Robbins and Rebecca Hill seven points each and Angel Die trich had six points. Also serving were Schmeltz, O’Connor and Fu ta. Suzanne Drews played well de fensively. The win made the over all season record 1-3. Minor operation: One perforr ed on somebody else.
