June 2 at 6:30 p.m. Athletes participating in Spring sports will be honored in the high school cafeteria. Each family is asked to bring a dessert and their own table service. The beverages will be provided. After the refreshments, the presentation of awards will be made by the Spring coaches.

WAKARUSA EDGES UREY BOYS IN DUAL MEET The Urey boys 7th and Bth grade track team lost a dual meet to Wakarusa by a 61-57 score on May 18. Wakarusa’s team was undefeated with a 10-0 record after this victory while Urey’s record slipped to 7 and 4. Receiving firsts for Urey were N. Medich in both the 50 and 100 meters; J. Knepp, shot put; and S. Savoie, discus. Second place winners were M. Bowen, 1600; R. Young, 50; J. Dickson, 400; S. Bonnell, 100; M. Day, 800; D. Groves, 200; E. Pontius, high jump; D. Groves, long jump; and S. Savoie, shop put. Third place finishes went to J. Pip pen ger, hurdles; D. Groves, 50; J. Hall, 400; M. Bowen, 800; and C. Ross, 200 meters. TO OFFER TENNIS LESSONS AT HIGH SCHOOL Private and group tennis lessons will be offered by Marc Adkins, a Manchester College player, to any high school team players and to any adults. The lessons will be from June 15 • July IS. Group lessons will be given on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the high school courts. The fee is $30.00, which covers the costs of tennis balls and provide participants with a T-shirt. Les-
