Attention To Property Owners Os North Liberty An important meeting has been scheduled for the property owners, within one-quarter mile of the North Liberty Industrial Park, for Thursday, April 16, at 7:00 p.m. in the North Liberty Community Center. This meeting is a follow-up to a meeting held on March 23 at which a representative from Stericycle, Inc., met with a group to explain the operations of their company. A representative from the company will be present to explain their interest in building a new plant in this area, their operations and the proposed employment for the area. No decisions will be made until after the April 16 meeting and after a delegate visits the Stericycle plant operating in the state of Washington. The plant in Washington is the same as proposed for Indiana. The delegate’s report should enable the Town Council, Chamber, Development Corp, and St. Joseph County Health Dept, to make a responsible decision on whether to have a new Stericycle plant located in the North Liberty Industrial Park.
