Special pay-one-price Midway tickets are also available at $1.50 off the regular price (some date and time restrictions apply to the use of these tickets). “The State Fair always represents one of the best entertainment values available to Hoosiers, ’’ said Thomas G. Dingledy, assistant vice president of public relations. “With advance sale tickets priced at just $3.00 per person and no ticket required for vehicles this year, it’s an inexpensive way to have a whole day of fun,’’ he continued. Midway tickets are $7.50 each (gate price is $9.00) for unlimited use during specified times. This year Fuji Film is offering Hook’s customers the opportunity to receive free Indiana State Fair tickets. “Ail the consumer needs to do is present the header card(s) from three single rolls or one three-roil pack of any type of Fuji film and we will give him/her a free ticket,” Dingledy explained. While visiting the Fair, Dingledy also urges patrons to stop by and visit Hook’s Historical Drug Store and Pharmacy Museum, conveniently located just inside the 38th Street entrance to the grounds. Here one can see many rare and valuable pharmacy artifacts on display, and also enjoy an oldfashioned ice cream soda or other ice cream treats. Hook Drugs is a division of HookSupeßx, Inc., and operates more than 400 drug stores in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois Michigan and Kentucky, plus 30 Home Health Care Centers in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee.
